General description: I am quite proud over this arrangement of the Oskar Lindberg version of the "Gläns över sjö och strand" lyrics. The style is mostly traditional but perhaps with some light flavours of jazz harmonics in some places. The melody is not as known and famous as some other variants, but this makes it only more interesting actually. It is a very fine tune, and this arrangement is written in three verses, 1 and 3 quite similar and verse 2 with unison melody in soprano and tenor. The choice of instrumentation was done in cooperation with Hans-Ove Olsson in the Huddinge church and it was performed there for the first time in December 2010. It was also performed in Rättviks church with local musicians and choir in January 2011.
